Root Cause Analysis
Improve your problem-solving skills and get to the permanent solution for your problems in any industry. This course introduces in-depth Brainstorming guidelines and goes in depth to focus on the following Root Cause Analysis tools: 5 Whys, Fishbone Diagram, Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA), Pareto Charts, and Scatter Charts. The course will also include case study discussion of the participants' current problems, as well as some famous problems from American industry.
