English Faculty Member Position

We are looking for a full-time English teacher to join the faculty at Haas Hall Academy Fort Smith.

Responsibilities include:

• Planning and preparing lessons
• Implementing school policies and procedures
• Grading assignments
• Holding conferences with students and parents to monitor progress
• Working alongside other members of the English department to develop curricula

Ability to manage a classroom is critical, and experience with technology is preferred. The right candidate will be comfortable teaching fiction, nonfiction, poetry, vocabulary, grammar, and a variety of essay forms. Our goal is to prepare students for college and career.
