About Us
The River Valley Regional Food Bank is the leading hunger relief organization serving eight counties across west-central Arkansas. As one of six Arkansas-based Feeding America Network partner food banks, we work with more than 150 partner agencies, including food pantries, shelters, schools, and community organizations, to provide nutritious food to children, families, seniors, and veterans experiencing food insecurity. We are also a member of the Arkansas Hunger Relief Alliance and a partner agency of the United Way of Fort Smith.
Each year, we distribute millions of pounds of food through a combination of food rescue, community partnerships, direct distributions, and child nutrition programs. By rescuing surplus food and working alongside generous businesses, volunteers, and donors, we help ensure that good food reaches neighbors who need it most.
Together, we are building a stronger, healthier River Valley where no one has to face hunger alone.
