We are currently looking for a skilled Welder to join a dynamic team on the 1st and 2nd shift at a reputable company in Fort Smith, AR. This role offers an excellent opportunity for those experienced in flux core welding and is looking for steady work with the potential for permanent employment.

- Availability to work on every other Saturday.
- Monday – Friday: 1st shift: 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM or 2nd shift: 4:00 PM to 2:30 AM
- Every Other Saturday: Required
- Temp to Permanent based on meeting performance and attendance standards.
