Lynn's Unlimited Creations is looking for Restaurant Vendors for Bost’s 23nd Annual Grape Escapes (March 7, 2025 6-9pm).

ATTENTION ALL VENDORS! Bost, Inc. is seeking enthusiastic participants for the 23rd Annual Grape Escapes, the regions premier wine, beer and food affair, offering a unique opportunity to showcase your product and connect with hundreds of attendees.

(Please consider your specialties and signature items so we can avoid duplication in what is provided. Vegetarian
offerings are most welcome! Menus will be shared as they are available.)
• Will provide 1-2 staff members to operate serving table or confirm if volunteer help is needed.
• Will manage the set up of my serving table by 5:00pm on the event day.
• Will not break my table down until the event is over.
You will be provided a covered table (up to six feet in length) for chaffing dishes and serving tray
Space will be provided for your supplies (food, storage, containers, serving utensils, etc.) A sign
matching the decor will be on your table displaying your logo and menu items. Please feel free to
decorate your table to reflect your style

You will be acknowledged on the event website, social media, event screens, monthly electronic
newsletters, and the printed newsletter.
